Returns or Exchange

  • We accept exchanges only on unworn items, within 2 business days in the original condition with tags attached, and unwashed.
  • Once we detect an item has been worn we will return and refuse to accept any refund or exchange.
  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping and sending the item(s) back to us in their original selling condition and will be subject to inspection. Once the item(s) are received from the customer upon inspection, then a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. New item(s) will not be sent. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items are Jewelry, Accessories, Shoes. Any of these items are NOT returnable.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned!

    Sale items (If Applicable)

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Shipping

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    We have the right to refuse a refund:

    • Item has been damaged
    • Item comes without tags attached
    • Item has been worn/used
    • Item has scents/smells
    • Product returned is incomplete
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
